Our terms and conditions comply with UK legislation, including new Distance Selling Regulations and are designed to ensure that all our customers can shop easily and with confidence with bargains4all. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions may change without prior notice and will not affect your statutory rights. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase on-line.

PRODUCTS AND PRICING

Bargains4all has made every effort to get all the product information on this site including images and specifications. However, these are derived from third party (i.e manufacturers, brochures, internet etc.) for description and illustration purposes only.

All prices are in £ sterling inclusive of VAT at 17.5% (or current rates) and exclusive of delivery charges. The delivery charge is based on the number of items purchased and total weight and is designed so that the more you purchase the less you generally pay per item purchased for delivery.

We offer our products with upto 80% off the recommended retail prices and compared to many internet based websites our prices with and without delivery are still much cheaper due to our buying power and the method we use to carefully select products based on price and availability.

RETURNS

If your goods arrive damaged or faulty, or a fault becomes apparent in the first 7 working days after delivery, we will either provide a full refund or dispatch new goods as soon as possible after the faulty goods have been returned to us at the customers expense.  Please contact us as soon as a problem is identified for full instructions on how we can resolve this problem.

We do offer a 7 working day money back guarrantee on all goods purchased from us. If for whatever reason you wish to return your goods to us within 7 working days then please email us for full instructions. You will need to package the items and return them to us at your expense in perfect condition and all packaging must be unopened. On completion of this and after the goods have been inspected then we will authorise a full refund of the original purchase price and delivery costs.

Any goods returned to us not in there original packaging, will not be offered a refund and we will confirm this via email. Refunds can take 7-10 days to process depending on payment method used.

DELIVERY

In the unlikely event that your goods fail to arrive within 14 days of dispatch, you will have the option of either a full refund or replacement shipment. Please ensure that you contact us within 14 days if you have not received your order. Please note that if we have not been contacted within 14 days, it will be assumed that you have received your order as requested.

We always attempt to resolve all delivery issues quickly and as easily as possible but if a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, not responding to being carded or if the delivery driver is advised that no one of this name lives at the provided address then we will request that the delivery charge is paid again to cover the costs of re-sending the parcel using the original postal service. we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred. Please note that we always investigate all deliveries where a customer has informed us that goods have not been received within the 14 days of dispatch.

DELIVERY INSURANCE

We recommend everyone takes out the delivery insurance available or upgrades their delivery service when going through checkout, as its the only guarantee that your goods will be covered in the event of loss or damage.

GENERAL

We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.

BULK ORDERING

Anyone wishing to order large quantities of goods must email there order including products, quantities and delivery address and preferred payment method before ordering the goods. The option of payments via cheque, cash, bank transfer and bank deposit are available for bulk orders subject to our acceptance.

CONTACT DETAILS

We are primarily an internet based company and operate almost solely via email. We will generally process, update and answer any questions after working hours as this allows us to have as many people as possible dealing with orders during the day and keeps staff levels and pricing down.

STOCK LEVELS

If at anytime we do have insufficient stock to cover orders then stock will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Unlucky customer will be e-mailed and given approximate dates when stock will be sent to them or offered a full refund. Every effort is made to ensure that all products are in full supply where available, products that are not available are normally back in stock within 
3-4 days, subject to manufacturer availability.
